Thankful for a Friendly Class!

Students had to pass around their classmates' "feathers" and write something nice or positive about each one of their classmates! We are thankful for such a friendly class!

A Very Cute Visitor

We were visited today (Friday, November 13th) by a very cute and cuddly visitor! Mia's mom and brother brought in one of their Chocolate Lab puppies (Mr. Hoogeveen showed up a little later). Her name is Princess, and she was adorable! What a fun treat to have on Friday the 13th!!!

Halloween (Fall Festival) Party

The kids had a great time at our Fall Festival Party. The theme for the costume contest this year was "Song Titles." It was a lot of fun to see the different songs and costumes that the kids came up with. We had a group of students who organized the party and did a great job! We played Halloween Pictionary and Toilet Paper Mummy. Thanks to all the kids (and parents) who contributed! A New Bunch of STARS

Camp Foster

The kids had an AWESOME time at Camp Foster this year! (The teacher had a pretty good time as well!) The entire grade was split into groups of 10 and then were able to go to different "stations" throughout the day - Canoeing, Archery, Riflery, Flying Squirrel, Conquer the Dragon and Horseback Riding. They ended with a FUN campfire (complete w/ campfire songs) and supper!
